The following Shipping Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the buyer on purchase of items at www.hopshopdrop.com

 

1. Hopshopdrop.com showcases products from US Retailers under Apparels and Home Furnishing Categories, and products from Indian retailers under Gadgets category.

 

2. Hopshopdrop.com provides free shiping all over india.
 
3. Shipping in india and customs clearance services (collectively, the “Services”) that are being offered to the buyer by a third party shipping provider, our logistic partners. (Note: Our logistic partners will handle the applicable customs duties, tax, preparing required documentation, making necessary filings, and provides customs authorities with information needed to clear the shipment through customs)
 
4. Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Shipments are delivered to the receiver's address as registered by the buyer, but not necessarily to the named receiver personally or unless special instruction is given by the buyer and the buyer/receiver will sign the POD.
 
5. In case the buyer/ receiver is not available at the registered address for a week or month, in this case our logistic partners can hold the shipments back for around 10 working days after that deliver to hopshopdrop.com office. (Note: Our logistic partners will not deliver product on Sunday's and public holidays)
 
6. Our logistic partner or hopshopdrop.com has the right to open and inspect the shipment without prior notice, Customs Authorities/ Airline Security also have the right to open and inspect the shipment.
 
7. In case of shipment damage, product damage or defective,  The buyer must notify by email to: support@hopshopdrop.com within 24 hours of delivery of goods to the buyer. (Note: Our logistic partner or hopshopdrop.com has the right to investicate the same.)
 
8. In case of Delayed Shipments, estimated delivery time is dependent on credit card approval, item availability and weather conditions. There could be delays in delivery due to the carrier, incorrect shipping address, or inclement weather conditions. They are beyond our control and we sincerely apologise for the delay and hopshopdrop.com will make every reasonable effort to deliver the shipment according to hopshopdrop.com's regular delivery schedule, but these are not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract.
 
9. In the case of loss or damage of all or part of a shipment, hopshopdrop.com will refund the product by the same method as the buyer had paid for the product after hopshopdrop.com has done a thorough investigation. However it will be at hopshopdrop.com's sole discretion and decision whether the buyer is eligible for a refund and subject to clause. 
 
10. In the case of wrong product(s) being shipped to the buyer, the buyer has to notify Hopshopdrop.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product(s) by email to support@hopshopdrop.com or by phone. 
 
11. Hopshopdrop.com is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond Hopshopdrop.com control. These include but are not limited to Act of God" e.g. earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog; "Force Majeure" e.g. war plane crash or embargo; any defect or characteristic related to the nature of the Shipment, even if known to Hopshopdrop.com; riot or civil commotion; any act or emission by a person not employed or contracted by Hopshopdrop.com e.g., receiver, third party, customs or other government official; industrial action; and electrical or magnetic damage to, or erasure of, electronic or photographic images, data or recordings.
 

12. Hopshopdrop.com will not transport any item that is deemed to be unacceptable and  or prohibited for carriage.

 

Changes in Policy

We may change this Shipping Policy at any time by posting the revised Shipping Policy in the “Shipping Policy” section of the Website. The revised Shipping Policy is effective immediately when posted on the Website. It is the responsibility of each User to review the Website and the Shipping Policy periodically to learn of any revisions to this Shipping Policy.


If You choose to visit the Website, Your visit and any dispute over Shipping Policy is subject to this Policy and the Website's Terms of Use. In addition to the foregoing, any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
