Perishables: Foodstuffs, Beverages requiring refrigeration or other environmental control
Plants: Plants and Plant Material, Seeds
Drugs and Narcotics
Sharp Tools / Weapons: Scissors, Knives, Needles and Cartridges, Guns and Gun Accessories
Tobacco Products: Cigarettes, Cigars, Electronic Cigarettes, Tobacco
Fake / Dummy Games: Toy Weapons, Paint Ball Guns and BB Guns, Antique Weapons, Knives and Swords, Fake Grenades, Items that could be used as weapons
Gambling: Lottery Tickets, Gambling Devices
Pornography: Obscene Material, Any unsolicited indecent item or representation of any kind
Flammable Batteries
Walkie Talkies
Laser, as Laser Hair Removal or Laser Pens
Antiques
Artwork: Any collectible painting, Sculpture or other work of Art Antiques

1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
Once your order is confirmed and placed successfully, you will receive your order within 7 to 9 Business Days. We offer the fastest shipping at the lowest rates in the industry.
2. CAN YOU DELIVER TO ANY ADDRESS?
Yes. We deliver to most addresses in India. However, our services may be unavailable in a few areas for logistical reasons. We're working towards making our services better and offering delivery services to these restricted areas as well.
3. IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE SIZE OF THE ORDER I CAN PLACE?
You can place an order of maximum 5 different items using the Personal Concierge Service. In case you want to place an order with more items you can get in touch with us and we will assist you with the process.
4. WHAT HAPPENS IF SOME OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER GO OUT OF STOCK?
If all of the items in your order are Out of Stock, we will cancel your order and refund your money back to your account. If some of the items in your order are Out of Stock, we will fulfil your order for those items which are in stock and refund the money for the items which have gone Out of Stock back to your account.
5. WILL YOU STILL PLACE MY ORDER IF THE PRODUCT PRICE HAS CHANGED?
We will inform you about the price change and upon confirmation from your side we will either go ahead with the order or cancel the order.
6. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED AND CONFIRMED?
Sorry, we do not accept cancellations after you have confirmed your order and made the payment for it.
7. DO YOU PROVIDE THE ORIGINAL INVOICE OF THE PRODUCT?
Yes. If you require the original invoice of your order, you can send us a request and we will provide you with an electronic copy of the same.
8. IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE VALUE OF THE ORDER I CAN PLACE?
The maximum value allowed per order should not exceed USD 2500. In case of higher valued orders, please contact us and we will assist you with the process.
Payment
1. Which currency will be used for payment?
We understand that it is inconvenient for the customer to pay in foreign currencies as they will have to get it exchanged and converted, that is why we accept the payment in Indian Currency i.e. INR.
2. Tax, Duty and Shipping
You will just have to pay the total amount quoted by us which will include everything right from the shipping charges to the taxes. Hopshopdrop will take care of the custom duties and taxes.
3. Hidden Costs/ Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
The amount quoted by us will be the final amount and you will not have to pay anything beyond that, therefore there are no hidden charges.
How will I know how much my order will cost?
Your personalized shopping assistant would inform you about the final price of the product.

What if I don't have credit card?
Not to worry! We have other payment options for you. You can pay by Debit card, Paypal or half by Debit card & remaining half by Cash on Delivery.

Which are the brands from which I can shop?
You can shop from any brand across the globe like Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch, Michael Kors, Prada, Gucci, Tom Ford, Burberry, Versace, Armani, Ralph Lauren, Hermes and many more from USA, South Africa, Canada, Germany, Turkey, UAE, China, Singapore, France and host of other countries.
What if I get a defective item?
Please contact the respective retailer for your query. Hopshopdrop will guide you and charge you with a nominal fee.
Return/Exchange Policy
You have to first contact the retailer whose product you want to exchange or return. Hopshopdrop will help you out with the procedure of return & exchange and will charge you a nominal fee for it.
Loss, Damage and Delay to Shipment

Your product is insured against any damage or loss In-transit during the shipment, therefore in case of loss or damage in the shipment process you will get a new product without any extra charges.

We try to deliver the products within 7-10 business days. If the delay is due to some unforeseen circumstances, we will apologize and keep you updated. If HopShopDrop is at fault for delay then we will compensate for that.

If the product delivered to you is not what you called for?
In this case, we are at fault i.e. we purchased the wrong product for you. So the entire cost will be borne by HopShopDrop and you will be replaced by a correct item for free.
How long does it take my personal shopping assistant to provide the final quote for my order?
We will offer you with the quote immediately and will keep you updated about it.
How long does it take my personal shopping assistant to place my order after the payment?
Once the payment is made, we will immediately place the order on your behalf and will be delivered to you within 10 Business Days.
