How do I return an item?

Hassle Free Returns:

We try our best to offer you a hassle-free return experience.

Returns including all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.

In case of Refunds, the entire amount paid by you including shipping charges are transferred to your account within 10 Business Days.

We strive to ease the pickup process for you in case of returns. In most of the cases we deliver the replacement while we do the pickup.

In a few other cases, we ensure that the pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.

In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. In case a Replacement is not available, the Seller will refund the amount for the same.

 

Non- eligibility for returns:

Return request is made outside the specified time frame

The return package is received without price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Product is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage by the customer.

Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, beauty/personal care and clothing freebies.

Products with tampered seal or missing serial numbers.

 

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

There are two modes of refund:

 

HopShopDrop Coupon/Voucher - If you choose this option, we would provide you with the “Coupon Code” or the “Voucher” of the respective amount to make purchase of any product on HopShopDrop & with all the sellers.

 

Back to Account - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the account that was originally used to make the transaction.

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, HopShopDrop will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund.

With selling price of INR 10000 and below

With selling price above INR 10000

No questions asked, complete replacement/exchange of product

No questions asked, complete replacement/exchange of product

Replacement / exchange and full refund option available under any circumstances.

In case of manufacturing defect/damage, products can be exchanged

Refunds are transferred to the respective bank account of the customer

Refund option not available

 

Please remember:

Customers can initiate the return/replacement/exchange within 10 days of delivery of the original product

Any product that you wish to return should include the original packaging in which it was delivered along with the original price tag. Products with no price tag cannot be returned/exchanged/refund

Products viz nightwear, lingerie and beauty/personal care cannot be returned/exchanged/refund

Any freebies received with a product, may not be eligible for Replacement.
